These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Fibre Optic And NBN Relocation Melbourne ("we", "us", "our"). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide licensed telecommunications cabling services including NBN NTD relocation, FTTP upgrade preparation, lead-in conduit repair, data cabling, and related work. All work is performed by ACMA-registered cablers holding appropriate endorsements.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Estimates provided via our website are indicative only and not binding.
Final pricing is confirmed after onsite assessment.
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Additional work discovered during installation may incur additional charges, which will be discussed with you before proceeding.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed once you receive written or verbal confirmation from us.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a callout fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, credit card, and EFTPOS. Commercial clients may be offered invoice terms at our discretion.

5. Warranty

We provide a workmanship guarantee on all cabling and installation work. Materials are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by third parties, pets, or natural events
Modifications or repairs performed by others
Issues arising from pre-existing infrastructure not installed by us

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the property, including any roof, ceiling, or underground conduit areas required to complete the work. Someone aged 18 or over must be present during installation.

8. Site Conditions

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to walls, ceilings, gardens, or other property caused by necessary installation work. We will take reasonable care at all times.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
